01/21/07 Tamanta's English name?

Serebii claims that Tamanta's English name is Mantyke. He was right about Chatot, so I figure it might be a good idea to take him seriously.

This one's actually cute. I hope it's true! I mean, it's actuaaly a good one!

I agree. It rolls off the tongue much better than Chatot, and it's cute!

It's nice name for it; maybe PUSA won't kill the names... much.

As other people said, this is a nice name.

Although, it sounds a little too much like Mantine, and I mistook the "tyke" part for "kite." Maybe it's just me. @_@

One of the few D/P names that actually fit. It's a nice name, overall. Mantyke, Mantine... It does roll off the toungue more smoothly than Chatot.

I like the name. It gets points from me for being a good name AND for being creative. Let's see which names have gotten that many points so far:

Munchlax, Bonsly, Weavile, Chatot. (Mime Jr. wasn't creative, it was one of those rare names that everyone predicted correctly (1/2, actually, if you count the people that said Jr. Mime)).

:/ That's not a lot. D: I REALLY hope they give creative romanizations. (Alzeus would NOT count).

Um, your point sort of fails considering we don't have all that many English names. The only ones you didn't mention are Dialga, Palkia, Manaphy and... what? What other fourth-generation English names do we know? o_O I can't think of any off the top of my head.
