This tool will calculate your chances of capturing a Pokémon in the ninth-generation games. If you want to know how it works or more about what the results mean, you want the Gen IX capture mechanics page.

Total Pokémon registered caught in Pokédex (if you have the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, this number is not directly visible in-game):

Show detailed report? If checked, you will see the results for each possible HP IV if they would yield different results; otherwise, you'll see the overall chance assuming you know nothing about the IV. This is only very meaningful at full or exactly 1 HP, since the approximation of the Pokémon's current HP is not exact.

They aren't - however, failed critical captures are no longer animated to be distinguishable from a failed non-critical capture. The capture mechanics page explains this.

We should have the option on the repeat ball to select "have you caught this pokemon before?"

@Gabimendas: That's already an option; when you select Repeat Ball, a checkbox appears below it that says "Do you have this Pokémon registered in your Pokédex?"

You should add an options for the Nest Ball/Level Ball that lets you put your Pokémon’s level.

@Alex: There is already an option to do that for the Level Ball (appears below the ball dropdown if you select Level Ball)! The Nest Ball doesn't need it, since it doesn't depend on your Pokémon's level, only the level of the Pokémon you're trying to catch.
