The only ones confirmed dead, via having been seen shot in the head, are Will and Mia (and poor Felicia). The others' fate is entirely ambiguous for now.

Or you could get an event, but I don't think that there are any for Jirachi right now.

To get Jirachi, you could use the Colosseum bonus disc or Pokemon Channel for Ruby or Sapphire. In any other game, you would have to trade, use the Pal Park, or cheating.If you're talking about the TCG, I can't help you.

Speaking of which, why is Glameow exclusive to Pearl? Why doesn't it appear in any other game…? I quite like Glameow; I don't see why it shouldn't be in HG or SS… I hope it's in B or W. Erm…
