Welcome to the Cave of Dragonflies guestbook.
@Alex: The Let’s Go games have completely different capture mechanics, so none of this calculator would make sense for them, and none of the Let’s Go stuff would make sense for this one. If I were to add a Let’s Go capture calculator, it would be a completely separate calculator. I might do that eventually, but it’s not my highest priority.
The Let’s Go games are missing. They are gen VII so you need to add them on here.
It's about time for this expansion! Time for me to watch literally any of these other things for the first time - I don't want to get left behind!
Guess I will need to watch the musical at some point then. The only musical I ever seen in my life by choice is Little Shop of Horrors. Though I been meaning to see Avenue Q for the longest time after seeing a clip of it on youtube.
I started binge reading those Breaking Bad commentary articles and I unironically hope this isn't just for the bit and there will be more at some point in the future.
Thanks, fixed.
@Zelkova: That's Chess as in the musical by Tim Rice, Benny Anderson and Björn Ulvaeus, I'm afraid, not the board game! I have seen Edge of Tomorrow and it's indeed pretty great.
@Hiran: You're in luck, then, because I've got six of them plus a draft of how to fix the 2008 Royal Albert Hall concert production plus a musical motif chart on the menu right now under Chess!
@BethanyDusk: Excellent, my plan is a success
@Vergiliosity: I have! I'm not the biggest fan of it, though, I'm afraid - Judas is great, but I'm not sure Ola Salo had a clear idea why Jesus is doing or saying any of what he does or says outside of "Gethsemane", and as a result his performance falls very flat for me outside of that one song.
I also felt the translation watered down several significant bits of interesting nuance in Tim Rice's original lyrics - e.g. "There may be a kingdom for me somewhere, if I only knew" is a line about Jesus having doubts, not being sure if there is anything waiting for him, and the Swedish translation (as best I can tell, not fluent in Swedish) just rendered it as "Where you do my father's will, that is my kingdom" which completely erases the point of the original line. I wrote a post with more musings about it here if you're interested! I can agree on the staging and costumes generally being well done, though.
i know this was for april fool’s but i unironically started watching breaking bad because of your analysis lol
Okay but I would absolutely read an essay you wrote on Chess.
i know this is just a crosspost for AFD but it made me start my own rewatch and that's worth it
I didn't even know Groundhog Day had a musical though it doesn't surprise me. I am a huge fan of the original movie though. Edge of Tomorrow is also a good movie though it basically a repeat of Groundhog Day but in a war-like setting with sci-fi alien invasion happening. Might be something you would be interested in. Can't wait for the update on the Zodiac btw, an issue it have is that unless there are more Pokemon added since you ever only need to look at it once ever to know what you are. I been a Magikarp for literal years now if not closer to like a full decade. A change would be nice even if it were to just become a Jesse Pawn Groundhog Magikarp. You will have to excuse me though as I have no knowledge of Jesus Christ Superstar or The Good, the Bad and the Ugly but only more of a reason why this update is such a good one. There is only so much a person who is already a Pokemon fan would want to learn about Pokemon, gaining new interests and having new hobbies is how we expand our horizons. But on that note though as for chess it seem you really want to stick to traditional chess but what do you feel about auto chess type games? There is a semi-well known one based around Pokemon.
Anyway amazing update like always.
Have you seen the 2014 Swedish tour recording? It was uploaded by the actor playing Judas. Yes, it's all in a Swedish translation, but the staging is super interesting and the costumes are really cool.
You have misspelled "misheard" as "mishead".
Finally! For too long, Jesus Christ Superstar fans have been underrepresented in the Pokemon fandom. But now our day has come! Surely, Arceus Christ ShinyStar is close at hand.
@Gah: Do you have all eight badges, and what level the Pokémon you are using?
Yeah here to say this isn't accurate at all. A level 13 Wooper in West Lake Axwell is in the red, and it's broken out of 5 PokeBalls. So the "100%" catch rate is wrong.
You mean Roclobster is just Scorplack? :P Scorplack was created in 2001, many years before Snakewood.
Uhh… I didn't want to comment on this page (even though it's on a website where everything is at least 4.5/5), but what's the chance of getting a Shiny Arkoos as a spam verification Pokémon?
Scorplack is just rock lobster from pokemon snake wood
