is there any way to check IVs of a level 1 pkmn without wifi and without rare candies?



i dont have wifi or rare candies

and i really dont want to train them just to find out they have horrible IVs

Thanks for all the birthday wishes (and poem)! I just updated, which is incidentally quite ironic because part of Sections that Suck is precisely about why we can't get over all the Anti-Pokémon sites we've seen linked somewhere, seeing as none of them have been updated since 2003 at the latest. :/
